About
Nexdoz combines clinical clarity with emotionally calm interaction patterns. The visual system is grounded in deep persian-blue trust tones, turquoise guidance accents, and measured orange-coral highlights.
Living with diabetes is a continuous decision loop โ meals, activity, glucose, medication โ and the decisions are easy to second-guess. Most apps log the data; few help reason about it.
Nexdoz is the companion that explains the pattern: every recommendation cites the events it drew from, every safety check is human-readable, and every clinical action stays with the patient and their care team. We do not replace your clinician โ we help you arrive prepared.
Nexdoz connects to your continuous glucose monitor (CGM), insulin pen, blood pressure cuff, fitness tracker, or smart scale through certified integrations. Every reading lands on a single chronological timeline โ no more switching between apps to piece together how a meal, a walk, or a night of poor sleep affected your glucose.
The AI layer reads across your personal timeline and surfaces explainable pattern suggestions: for example, "your post-dinner readings are 18% higher on days when dinner contained more than 60 g of carbs." Every suggestion cites the specific events it drew from, so you can evaluate it โ and so your clinician can too.
Clinicians on the Clinician Pro or Enterprise plan get a read-only summary workspace: last 14 days at a glance, escalation signals, and an adherence overview โ structured for a 5-minute pre-visit review. Nexdoz does not replace clinical judgment; it helps patient and clinician arrive at the same conversation prepared.
For broader context on diabetes self-management technology, see the IDF Diabetes Atlas and WHO Diabetes fact sheet.
Nexdoz is one of three products from Nexttrace.io, a privacy-first software studio that builds explainable AI tools for highly-regulated workflows: health, tax, and supply-chain compliance.
Visit the parent company to see the wider portfolio, the engineering principles we share across products, and how Nexdoz fits the broader thesis of human-in-the-loop AI for regulated work.
We do not train AI models on your data. OAuth tokens for connected devices and every health-event body are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Refresh tokens rotate on every use, and a single click in Settings deletes everything.

No. Nexdoz is a digital health companion โ a logging, pattern-recognition, and communication tool. It is not classified as a medical device under MDR (EU) or FDA (US) regulations. Every clinical decision remains with the patient and their care team.
Nexdoz currently integrates with Dexcom CGM (via OAuth v3 API), Abbott FreeStyle Libre (CSV import and cloud), Withings (blood pressure, weight, sleep, ScanWatch), Oura Ring, Whoop, Fitbit, and Polar. Apple Health and Google Health Connect aggregator support is on the roadmap.
No. Nexdoz does not sell user data to any third party. Health data is used solely to provide the features you activated. AI inference is server-side under enterprise no-training agreements โ your inputs are not used to train any commercial AI model.
Yes. The Clinician Pro plan gives registered clinicians a read-only summary workspace for their bound patients. Clinics and hospitals can use the Enterprise plan for multi-seat access, audit logging, and a custom data processing agreement (DPA).
English and German are first-class languages. The product launched in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) with EU-wide expansion planned for later phases.
Keep form simple, message clear, and hierarchy obvious. Each element must communicate purpose quickly.
We apply Paul Rand-inspired principles in practice: strong geometry, limited palette discipline, and memorable symbol-first identity.
Light mode favors clarity and readability for daytime workflows. Dark mode emphasizes focus and confidence with higher signal contrast for navigation icons and active states.
Motion is purposeful and lightweight. It can be disabled in settings to keep performance deterministic on lower-powered devices.
